Responsible Sexuality Education Core Competency Program
June 16-18, 2015

This workshop helps professionals develop the fundamental skills necessary to provide accurate and age-appropriate sexuality education to diverse populations of youth. This three-day comprehensive program covers anatomy and physiology, human growth and development, healthy relationships, birth control, sexually transmitted infections, sexual diversity and sexual assault prevention. Additionally, participants learn how to utilize effective teaching and counseling strategies that are appropriate to the age, culture and experience of the learner.
