Sliding-Fee Scale

For patients paying out of pocket, PPSNE offers a sliding-fee scale based on your income, household size and other factors. You can use our cost calculator to learn how much your visit will cost.

Commercial Insurance

PPSNE accepts most insurance plans, including (but not limited to):

State and Federal Plans

There are a number of state and federal plans that provide health care benefits to people at all income levels.

The Family Planning Limited Benefit Program is a Connecticut program providing free family planning services, including birth control, STD testing and treatment, PAP tests, HIV testing and more.

Medicaid coverage provides full health-care benefits to low-income families and individuals.

The Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") offers a wide range of private insurance plans, with discounted premiums for low- and middle-income purchasers.
