Education and Community Programs

Planned Parenthood of South, East and North Florida recognizes the critical role of comprehensive sexuality education in reducing the rate of unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections (STI’s) including HIV. We deliver comprehensive and medically accurate information that empowers people of all ages to make informed decisions and lead healthy lives. To accomplish this, we use the most sophisticated instrument in medicine: accurate information through our various programs. Our innovative health education and teen outreach programs teach young people how to make healthy decisions, and train teachers, parents, and caregivers how to have honest, open discussions with the young people in their lives.
