Vice President of Development - Planned Parenthood Mohawk Hudson is searching for a highly motivated and talented individual to lead our Development Team.  PPMH covers 11 counties in upstate NY, including much of the Adirondack Park and is bordered by the Hudson and Mohawk rivers. Our main administrative offices are located in Schenectady, NY, however, other locations are available to house this position, depending on where the selected candidate resides.  The Vice-President of Development is responsible for supervising all development activities of the affiliate, including organizing, implementing and administrating a comprehensive program to obtain a secure and diverse base of public and private funding to support PPMH’s programs. The Vice-President is a key member of the executive management team working collaboratively with other management positions to meet our mission.  The ideal candidate will possess, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years’ experience demonstrating accomplishment in fund raising, supervisory experience, computer proficiency and excellent oral and written skills.  Travel is required.  This is a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.  Send resume, cover letter, salary history and writing samples to: Human Resources, PPMH, 1040 State St., Schenectady, NY  12307. Resumes may also be emailed to EOE/AA
