How PPIL Enrollment Specialists Can Help You: 

  • Apply for temporary Medicaid Presumptive coverage to pay for the cost of an Abortion. To qualify you must be: 
    • Illinois resident
    • 19/over (minors may be eligible on a case by case basis)
    • Meet the income threshold guidelines
    • Not have commercial insurance
    • Have confirmed pregnancy
    • NO social security number required
  • Assist in getting ongoing Moms and Babies coverage if continuing pregnancy 
  • Help apply family for Medicaid coverage
  • Apply for temporary Family Planning Presumptive coverage to assist with ANY family planning needs. Applicants can be any age, any gender, receive any/all forms of FDA approved methods of birth control, including permanent methods
  • Assist with ongoing Family Planning coverage if eligible. To qualify you must be:
    • Illinois Resident
    • ANY age/ANY gender
    • Meet the income guidelines for self only
    • NOT PREGNANT
    • Seeking family planning services
    • Social security number required

Ongoing coverage programs have immigration status qualifications.
