Specialized Workshops

"Are You an ASKable Parent?"

We believe that individuals and society benefit when children are able to discuss their sexuality with the parents and other trusted adults.

This program is designed for parents and youth serving professionals who wish to improve their ability to talk about sex and sexuality with young people.  This program gives you the tools to start the conversation!  It also allows parents to understand the high risk that today's young people face for unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.

This fun and educational workshop series can be tailored to fit your groups needs.  Please contact your local health educator to learn more!
"Keeping it Real"
This faith-based model helps teens dialogue about sex and sexuality.  Learning the facts about prevention within a faith-based framework.  Planned Parenthood looks forward to working with you to provide this program, developed by the National Black Chruch Initiative and the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice.

This eight session workshop series can be tailored to fit your groups needs.  Please contact your local health educator to learn more!
