Erica Wilson-Domer is the President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio (PPGOH) and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio (PPAO). Erica has been a part of PPGOH for over two decades and is an accomplished, visionary, and transformational leader within the reproductive health care space. Erica’s vision is to break down barriers and provide access to equitable, high-quality, and empowering health care and sex education for all Ohioans.

Erica first served as a board member and Community Leadership Council Chair for Planned Parenthood in Northeast Ohio and Planned Parenthood Affiliates of Ohio. Then, she joined the PPGOH team full-time, serving in multiple roles including Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. She has dedicated her career to ensuring PPGOH puts its communities first and addresses inequities so we can provide Ohioans with the care they deserve.

She has over 20 years of experience in health care finance, having previously worked in the public accounting, hospital, and private insurance payer sectors. Prior to working at PPGOH, Erica worked as an Internal Audit Manager & Fraud Officer at AultCare. In this role, she developed a true understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, trending, auditing internal processes, and identifying areas of risk and remediation. Erica’s private sector experience also includes serving as a Physician Financial Analyst with Alliance Community Hospital.

Her volunteer service includes serving in leadership roles with a diverse group of nonprofit organizations. She served on the Planning Committee with Stark County Job & Family Services, as Board Treasurer for BetterHealth A Planned Parenthood Partnership, as Board Treasurer with GlenOak Soccer Booster Club, and as a Board Member with LifeCare Family Health and Dental Center. Erica is also a graduate of the 18th class of Leadership Stark County.

Erica received her Master of Science in Accounting, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Certificate of Women’s Studies from Kent State University.
