A project of ETR Associates, RCAPP seeks to serve as a bridge between researchers who analyze educational and youth development programs and educators in order to reduce the rate of teen pregnancy. This site offers current, effective programming materials and practices to help educators in their work with adolescents in preventing teen pregnancy.
