Our Health Services
Planned Parenthood of New York offers confidential reproductive health care services to women, men, and teens, regardless of age or income.
We have three health centers in downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx – all accessible by bus or subway. To find the center closest to you, type in your zip code in the “Find a Health Center” box at the top of this page. The resulting information about individual health centers will also tell you the hours when you can just walk in without an appointment, to buy emergency contraception (if aged 18 or older) or get a free pregnancy test.
As payment, we accept cash, checks, money orders, major credit cards, and most health insurance plans, including Medicaid. For those who do not have insurance, on-site screening is available for health insurance (including the Medicaid Family Planning Benefit Program) and sliding-scale fees.
