PPNYC is organizing a campaign from the ground up to make sure that students in NYC public schools receive sex education. The Department of Education has already approved a curriculum, but many schools are still not teaching it!
That's where YOU come in…
Each Principal has the power to make sex ed happen. Some Principals just need the information. Others need a nudge!
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:
STEP 1: Think about your connections to public schools in NYC: Are you a parent? Do you know someone who is? A co-worker? A cousin? A neighbor?
STEP 2: Check in with the parents you know and ask if they want to get involved.
STEP 3: Contact us and we'll get you started!
We’ll provide a super simple plan, talking points, advocacy materials, and all the support you need to hit the ground running. We’ll even help you connect with allies at your school. There’s power in numbers!
