Sexual Assault Services
SAS serves Clinton and Franklin Counties by providing a 24-hour hotline, advocacy, counseling, and support.
MOMS Program
Our MOMS Program helps low-income pregnant women in Franklin County access the services they need and provides valuable information about having a healthy pregnancy.
Free Services for NY Residents
If you are a NY resident, you may qualify for free or low-cost services through the Family Planning Benefit Program and the Family Planning Extension Program.
