Planned Parenthood of the North Country New York (PPNCNY) is a merger between Northern Adirondack Planned Parenthood and Planned Parenthood of Northern New York.  PPNCNY is a non-profit organization that provides family planning and reproductive healthcare, education, and advocacy services in the Clinton, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties of northern New York.  Though merged as PPNCNY in 2010, each affiliate has nearly forty years of experience in providing health care to the community.

Each year, nearly 12,000 women, men, and teenagers visit our eight health centers. We also provide community members with education programs designed to help individuals make responsible choices about their health.  In addition to our health and education programs, we also provide a wide range of assistance through our community pograms.  Click here to find out more about these services.

Planned Parenthood of the North Country New York is a visible and forceful advocate for reproductive rights in our community. PPNCNY promotes public policy which supports every person's fundamental right to decide when or whether to have a child.
