Pills by Mail will save you time. Your birth control will be mailed to you in plenty of time. No need to make a special trip to one of our health centers to pick up birth control! No transportation costs and no running out!
After your full exam or HOPE visit (a HOPE visit is a visit without a full exam) at any of our 5 health centers, and you have been prescribed a birth control method by the medical practitioner, you can get your refills by mail, using the downloadable form.

Download the form, complete it and fax or send it back to the clinic when you need to get your prescription filled.
How to Order and Pay
Reorder by Mail: Simply download and complete the form. Mail the form with your check, money order or credit card information to your health center. Payment must be received with the form before we mail your birth control. Please include $4.00 for postage and handling.
Reorder by Phone: Simply call your health center, say you're ready for a refill and the clinic assistant will check your medical record and mail your refill.
Reorder by Fax: Simply download and complete the form. Fax the completed form to your health center; with fax option you can only use a debit or credit card to pay for your refill,
Who is Eligible to Participate in Bill-A-Pill?
To participate in the Bill-A-Pill program, a client must meet these requirements:
- You MUST be an established client using birth control with a current prescription from Planned Parenthood of Montana. If you do not have a current prescription from PPMT contact your nearest health center and make an appointment to get a prescription.
- You MUST pay in advance by check or money order or credit card. Pills are $30.00 per cycle. Paying in advance will get you a Same Day Cash Discount, your payment will be $24.00. You may qualify for our sliding fee scale, please contact your local health center for more details.
- You MUST ensure your address is current and correct and include a current phone number. You must understand that confidentiality cannot be maintained if someone other than the patient opens the package sent by PPMT.
- You MUST allow 10-14 days for delivery.
- You MUST be willing to call the health center if you experience any problems that might be related to contraceptive use.
