South Dakotans will purchase their health insurance from the federal health marketplace, HealthCare.gov.January 1

Plans on HealthCare.gov will cover things like doctor visits, hospitalizations, maternity care, ER care, and prescriptions. Birth control and related visits are covered without deductibles or co-pays.
