The 4NOW program offers: Annual exams Testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) identified during an annual exam Birth control Family planning education
You can enroll in 4NOW if youre: between ages 15 - 50 a Minnesota resident a U.S. citizen (or non-citizen eligible to participate in federally funded programs) not pregnant not enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA), MinnesotaCare, General Assistance Medical Care, or another state-funded program earning no more than the weekly income limits

Enroll today! Sign up for 4NOW at the Planned Parenthood nearest you! Youll need to bring two things:
· Proof of income - either a current pay stub or a letter from your employer verifying your weekly wages.
· Proof of citizenship - either a copy of your passport, birth certificate, a photo ID, or immigration documents.
