Peer Education

Our Peer Education program is comprised of high school teens who participate in 40 hours of intense training in sexual health. After they complete their training, they participate either as informal contacts in their schools—giving information and referrals—or conduct formal presentations on abstinence, contraception, and HIV. Teens meet with their coordinator weekly.

The Peer Education program is offered in Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, Benton Harbor, Detroit, and Flint, with a special program at Milan High School.
