Feeling like your values are being drowned out? Want to reach your peers on campus, but haven't been able to? Ever wanted to be part of a movement? Now's the time!
Planned Parenthood's Vox Summit is an intense 2-day program designed to help you educate and mobilize students in support of reproductive health and rights. It's the best way for you to learn what it takes to be an activist on your campus and in your community, plus it's free to attend!
The summit provides effective activism techniques that will help your group organize public events, educate peers, support local Planned Parenthood health centers, and mobilize other students to speak out for reproductive rights and access to reproductive health services.
This is about getting involved! We're grassroots! We organize in order to let politicians know that reproductive choices are important to us and must be protected. Join us!
Vox Summit 2010 will be held February 27 and 28th in Nashville and is brought to you by Planned Parenthood Greater Memphis Region (PPGMR) and Planned Parenthood of Middle and East Tennessee (PPMET). For more information or to register for the camp, contact the Director of Community Affairs at 901-725-3008.
