This program is available to the public, interested organizations and co-op preschools.

Bloomers Workshops Planned Parenthood has long emphasized educational programs that allow boys and girls going through puberty to have accurate information. Puberty is stressful enough without compounding anxieties with ignorance. Our Bloomers programs serve 9-12 year olds and their parents or caregivers. The programs foster positive parent-child communication in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. It covers anatomy and physiology, the physical and emotional changes of puberty, and reproductive health and hygiene. This program is available to the public and interested organizations.

Teen Talk (for parents of teens) Although Planned Parenthood promotes life-long sexuality education beginning early, it is never too late to start! This program is designed for parents of either middle school or high school students looking for some help communicating with their teens. The interactive discussion will include topics such as: teen sexual behavior in today's society, media messages and influence, sexuality education in the schools, and communication that promotes responsible behavior. This program is available to the public and other interested organizations.
