Letters & Phone-Calls to Officials
Do address Senators and Representatives as "Senator Smith" or "Representative Smith".
Do identify yourself as a constituent, taxpayer, voter, doctor, student, mother, teacher, etc.
Do include the bill number or name if you are writing about one.
Do use personal details or stories if possible.
