Thank you for joining the Friends of Planned Parenthood of Maryland in commemorating World AIDS Day at the Baltimore Museum of Art and Gertrude’s. It was a great crowd! Over 220 moviegoers watched the captivating documentary, The Universe of Keith Haring, and nearly as many enjoyed a great meal at Gertrude’s, all the while supporting the HIV/AIDS prevention efforts of Planned Parenthood.

The Baltimore Women's Classic 5K

PPM staff, supporters, volunteers and board members woke up early, braved the heat, and took on the 35th annual Baltimore Women's Classic 5k like it was their job - with team spirit to boot! And if completing the 3.1 mile course wasn’t reward enough, the PPM team took home the award for the largest team, with 32 members! Thank you to everyone for your participation, volunteerism (we had an excellent crew at the PPM booth) and support.

On June 3, the Young Professionals Network hosted a cocktail hour and screening of Sex and the City 2 at Lebanese Taverna and Landmark Theaters in Harbor East! Over 75 PPM supporters gathered to drink cosmos, play fun trivia, eat delicious Lebanese cuisine, and get Carried away!
