There are no paper tickets to this event. If you are receiving this letter, we will have your information waiting for you at our registration table, located inside the Four Seasons, in the second floor ballroom area. Volunteers will be at the entrances to help guide you there.
After-five business attire is perfect.
Valet parking is available at the Four Seasons. If you purchase a valet voucher in advance, the discounted rate is $15 here: http://tinyurl.com/RTS13. The night of the event, valet parking will be $25. Self parking is available on the night of the event in the garage directly adjacent to the hotel for $9. There are other parking garages in the area, as well as limited on-street parking.
- Where in the hotel is the event?
If you use the valet services, enter through the main entrance and turn immediately to your left to take the elevator or staircase up to the second floor. If you self-park, take the parking garage elevator to the ballroom on the second floor. There will be staff and volunteers at each entrance, and at various points throughout the lobby, to help point you in the right direction.
- Whatís on the schedule for the evening?
If youíve purchased a VIP ticket, we hope youíll join us from 5:30-6:30 for an exclusive VIP reception to hear from some of our inspiring Honorary Hosts about why they support PPM and our mission. At 6:30, the main doors will open to an incredible array of auction items, the now-famous ice-luge, and heavy hors díoeuvres, where youíll mix and mingle with old and new friends. Weíll honor our Betty Tyler Award winner, Fran Phillips, and then close the evening with our live auction, including inspiring vacations, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and most of all Ė the satisfaction of knowing that youíve spent the evening helping so many more Marylanders access the healthcare they need.
