Adult General Medical Care
At the following clinic sites, we participate in Medi-Cal managed care plans, providing general medical care. Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants attend to clients in the clinic and coordinate any specialty or hospital care needed.

Pediatrics & Well Child Care
We offer well child care exams and immunizations through the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP).
We also provide care for acute and chronic illnesses such as asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, sore throats, sprains, rashes, headaches and minor injuries.
We will coordinate referrals for specialty care for children.
