We offer well child care exams and immunizations through the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program (CHDP).

We also provide care for acute and chronic illnesses such as asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, sore throats, sprains, rashes, headaches and minor injuries.

We will coordinate referrals for specialty care for children.
