PPMM has many payment options available for patients to receive high quality services regardless of income level, including no cost or low cost. We accept most private health plans for all our services.

In California low-income women and men seeking birth control may qualify for the state's funding program, Family PACT. Applications are available in our clinics. Eligible women may receive a birth control method, plus testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases or vaginal infections, routine annual exams and Pap tests. Men can receive condoms and STD testing and treatment. Vasectomy is also covered for men seeking permanent sterilization.

Medi-Cal or Medicaid will pay for most of our services, including birth control, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and (in California only), abortion. Staff will verify what services are covered by your Medi-Cal/Medicaid. Some pregnant clients not previously eligible for Medi-Cal may be able to get Medi-Cal coverage for their pregnancy. In some of our clinics, Presumptive Eligibility for Medi-Cal/Medicaid provides for prenatal care immediately. Presumptive Eligibility only lasts one month, so further work with the Department of Social Services is necessary. When you apply for Medi-Cal for an abortion, the process can be speeded up to get you covered quickly.

For women 40 years old or older without health insurance, Every Woman Counts covers screening and ordering your mammogram.

In Nevada, the Women's Health Connection program offers pap test screening for women 40 years old or older, and mammogram screening for women 50 years or older.
