California

Registering to Vote:

In order to register to vote in California you must be a United States citizen, a resident of California, at least 18 years of age (or will be by the date of the next election), and you must not be in prison or on parole for conviction of a felony.

Visit the California Secretary of State's Voter Registration page to download and/or fill out a Voter Registration Form. 

Volunteer Activists:

Volunteers solicit support from elected officials, participate in grassroots advocacy activities and visibility events, aid in voter registration, and serve as community representatives. These activities include: community outreach, writing letters to the editor, testifying at hearings, campus activism, patient advocacy, or assisting with mailings or general office duties. Nevada

Registering to Vote:

To register to vote in Nevada you must be a United States citizen, a resident of Nevada for at least 30 days preceding the election, and at least 18 years of age (or will be by the date of the next election). Those convicted of a felony in any state are not eligible to vote in Nevada. Learn more about registering to vote in Nevada at the Nevada Secretary of State's web page.
