Colorado 11/30/09 The front window of a Planned Parenthood health center was found shattered by a piece of concrete when staff arrived for work in the morning.
Arizona 11/25/09 A van with an anti-choice sign in the window was parked directly outside the entrance to a Planned Parenthood health center.
Washington 11/20/09 A large group of protesters appeared at a Planned Parenthood health center. Police were called because the group had not properly filed for a city ordinance that allows for crowds of more than 25 people. The group was quickly disbanded.
North Carolina 11/20/09 The Planned Parenthood decal on the front door of a Planned Parenthood health center was defaced.
Rhode Island 11/19/09 Two staff members at a Planned Parenthood health center received messages on their voice mail consisting of Bible verses and anti-choice statements.
Michigan 11/18/09 A Planned Parenthood health center observed three protesters with red tape over their mouths with the word “LIFE” written on it. They remained on the sidewalk and no confrontations occurred.
Washington 11/17/09 Several protesters lining the public sidewalk leading to a Planned Parenthood health center yelled at patients walking by.
Colorado 11/17/09 A protester placed plastic dolls and a traffic cone in the street blocking the right-hand turn lane outside a Planned Parenthood health center.
Illinois 11/17/09 Anti-choice groups protested outside a Planned Parenthood health center, focusing on their objections to a “bubble zone” ordinance, which establishes a protected zone around a health center client that a protester cannot enter when the client is within a certain distance (50 feet in the case of one law) of a health center entrance.
Colorado 11/17/09 A woman called a Planned Parenthood health center, identified herself, and made several anti-choice statements. The call was followed up two days later by a card from the same woman that included anti-choice statements.
Georgia 11/16/09 A man called and left a voice mail message for a staff member of a Planned Parenthood health center that contained a number of anti-choice statements.
Pennsylvania 11/16/09 A staff member at a Planned Parenthood health center received a call from an unknown individual asking about the funeral arrangements for one of their health care providers (the provider is alive). The caller also asked how the staff member could sleep at night.
Indiana 11/14/09 More than 15 people were protesting in front of a Planned Parenthood health center.
Colorado 11/13/09 A woman entered the waiting room of a Planned Parenthood health center, asking questions about ultrasound. Upon leaving, the woman left an envelope inside the center that contained Bible verses, and then she joined protesters outside.
Colorado 11/12/09 A staff member of a Planned Parenthood health center had a protester verbally threaten to "sue" her for coming too close on her way into the parking lot.
Colorado 11/12/09 Motorists passing a Planned Parenthood health center complained that protester signs were obstructing their view of oncoming traffic. Police responded and the signs were moved.
New York 11/05/09 A Planned Parenthood health center received a phone call from a man yelling anti-choice rhetoric and asking harassing questions.
Florida 11/02/09 A Planned Parenthood health center received a holiday card with a message asking Planned Parenthood to stop distributing birth control pills because of alleged "harmful effects." Religious phrases were also included in the card.
Oklahoma 11/02/09 The word “Murderer” was painted in red on the front window and sidewalk of a Planned Parenthood health center.
New York 11/02/09 Anti-choice statements were spray-painted on the driveway at a Planned Parenthood health center, as well as on the sidewalk out front.
