Planned Parenthood of Kentucky (PPKY) provides confidential reproductive health care and comprehensive sexuality education. By offering prevention services such as contraception and cancer screenings, PPKY works to prevent unintended pregnancies and disease.
Services include:
Pap smears (cervical cancer screening)
Pelvic and breast exams
Confidential sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening
Screening for other infections (yeast, bacterial, urinary tract)
STI treatment
Gardasil (cervical cancer vaccine) for women ages 19-26
Emergency contraception (can be taken up to 5 days after unprotected sex)
Pregnancy Testing and Options Counseling
Sexuality Education (in clinic and throughout community)
