Happy Thanksgiving!

Planned Parenthood has a great deal to be thankful for this year.   Earlier this month, candidates supporting a pro-prevention, pro-choice agenda won the vote in a number of important races throughout the country.  And in a great victory for women and families, voters rejected South Dakota’s abortion ban and defeated ballot initiatives in California and Oregon that would have endangered the health and safety of teenagers. 

America owes these victories to people like you — our activists and supporters.  And Planned Parenthood is truly thankful to all of you for volunteering your time, lending your support, and answering the call to stand up for women and families.  Join me and the rest of the Planned Parenthood family in carrying that momentum forward, so that come Thanksgiving 2007, we will have even more victories to celebrate!
