San Diego Clinics Reopen

Clinics that had been closed because of the fires that have been raging in the San Diego area for the past few days are now open, reports Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties (PPSDRC).

Los Angeles and Orange Counties have also been hit by fires. Planned Parenthood clients in those counties may call 1-800-230-PLAN to find the nearest available clinic.

“There are many, many staff and families who have had to evacuate,” said Nancy Sasaki, PPSDRC executive vice president, “but at this point, the families are safe, and we have not heard that any staff homes have been lost.”
Planned Parenthood health centers will continue to provide the highest quality health care to all their clients.

Please visit the PPSDRC website or phone the PPSDRC call center at 1-888-743-PLAN (7526) for further updates.
