Insurance Accepted
PPINW can bill any insurance plan. However, it is your responsibility as a patient to know whether your insurance will cover services recieved at PPINW.
Important Payment Information
- Charges not covered by your insurance company are your responsibility.
- Payment in full is expected for all services and supplies provided at the time of your visit.
- We accept cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.
- If you are unable to pay in full, PPINW can arrange a payment plan.
