PPINW provides quality health care at an affordable price. We welcome Medicaid and most insurance plans.

Insurance Accepted 
PPINW can bill any insurance plan. However, it is your responsibility as a patient to know whether your insurance will cover services recieved at PPINW.

Important Payment Information

  • Charges not covered by your insurance company are your responsibility.
  • Payment in full is expected for all services and supplies provided at the time of your visit.
  • We accept cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.
  • If you are unable to pay in full, PPINW can arrange a payment plan.
