We accept cash, money orders, check card/debit card and all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard and Discover). We do not accept checks. Payments are due within 30 days of receipt of bill.

Planned Parenthood of Illinois will bill primary and secondary insurance carriers on your behalf so it is important to keep us informed about all health plans.
When calling for an appointment, be sure to have your insurance card and policy holders’ information available. The insurance information you provide will be verified by the billing and collections department. It is important that we receive accurate information such as policy ID, group number and 1-800 numbers to customer service or eligibility & benefit lines at least 48 hours before your appointment.
For questions about specific charges covered by your insurance, you should contact your insurance carrier directly.
For your protection
Planned Parenthood of Illinois requires photo identification when accessing any of our facilities as well as when paying for services with credit or debit cards. Without proper ID, we are only able to accept cash.
Understand that Planned Parenthood of Illinois cannot guarantee confidentiality when using insurance. The actual policy holder will receive all explanations of benefits. Be mindful that if you are a dependent or a spouse under some else’s policy, your confidentiality is not guaranteed.
