Welcome to Planned Parenthood of Illinois Online Appointment Requestor. You can use our Online Appointment System to request a medical visit at one of our participating Health Centers.

Currently, this service is only available to established Planned Parenthood of Illinois patients.

This online service is for NON-URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY. 

If you have an urgent medical problem, please call the PPIL health center nearest you.

Here's how to get started:

In order to use our online system you must be an established Planned Parenthood patient.  If you have previously visited one of our 19 health centers in the Illinois or have booked and apointment over the phone in the past, you will be able to take advantage of our online booking system.

If you've never been to a Planned Parenthood health center in Illinois and wish to schedule an appointment, please contact the PPIL health center nearest you.

We understand that not every patient will want to register with our Web site. If you do not want to register with our Web site, you will need to call the office to make your appointment.
