You can use our Online Appointment Requestor to request a medical visit at our health centers.
This online service is for NON-URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY. If you have an urgent medical problem, contact the Planned Parenthood health center nearest you or call 911 immediately.
Abortion Appointment Requests:
Online abortion appointment requests are available at the Near North Health Center. To schedule an abortion appointment at our Loop, Aurora, Champaign or Springfield locations call 866-222-3248.

Instructions:
- Login in or create an account
- Choose to request, reschedule or cancel an appointment
- Verify your personal information and provide information regarding your appointment
- Your appointment information will be reviewed by our health center staff within 24 to 48 hours
- If we are able to schedule your appointment, you will receive an email telling you to return to this website to confirm your appointment.
- If we are unable to schedule your appointment or have questions about your appointment request, we will send you a notification with further instructions.
