Welcome to Planned Parenthood/Chicago Area Online Appointment Requestor. You can use our Online Appointment System to request a medical visit at one of our participating Health Centers.
Currently, this service is only available to established Planned Parenthood Chicago Area patients.
This online service is for NON-URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY.
If you have an urgent medical problem, please call the PP/CA health center nearest you.
Here's how to get started:
In order to use our online system you must be an established Planned Parenthood patient. If you have previously visited one of our 10 health centers in the Chicagoland Area or have booked and apointment over the phone in the past, you will be able to take advantage of our online booking system.
