PPIL Internship Program
Thank you for your interest in doing an internship with PPIL. Our Internship program is an important part of our work.
Although there are some clerical duties assigned, our interns spend most of their time engaged in substantive projects.
In addition to building job skills and valuable work experience, interns often make lasting professional contacts in the non-profit community.
To Apply
In order to obtain an internship with Planned Parenthood of Illinois you will need to fill out the Internship Application Form and fax it to our Volunteer Coordinator at (312)592-6801.
To download the application form you need to have Adobe Reader install on your computer. Click here to download a free copy of Adobe Reader.
If you prefer you can contact the Volunteer Coordinator at 312-592-6800 or send e-mail to volunteer@ppca.org to get an application on the mail. Please include a resume and cover letter with your application. It gives us a better idea of your experience and interests.
While our office has no fixed deadline for applications, it is important to return your application as soon as possible since we receive a high volume of responses for a limited number of positions. If no suitable position is available, we will keep your application on file for the remainder of the semester.
