Resource Center Lending Policies
The policies and fees for material loan/rental from each of the Education and Resource Centers are below. If you are interested in any materials from the ERC, please call the Resource Coordinator with your request at 1.800.874.2025 or e-mail us.
Rentals and loans are limited to recipients with valid U.S. addresses. Patron is responsible for the cost of shipping on ALL items. ALL items available for loan require a signed contract to be on file. Fines are assessed for late returns. Photocopies are available for $.05 per sheet of paper. Items are available to use for free at our Resource Centers, during regular business hours or by appointment.

• $20 rental fee

Teaching Models
• Infant Simulator
$100/week per doll with a $250 refundable deposit.
Loans for a maximum of 4 weeks.
Reservations in advance are recommended
• Breast & Testicular Cancer Models
$10 rental fee
Two week loan period
Currently, we do not provide rentals for the Pregnancy Simulator (Empathy Belly) outside of Iowa and Nebraska, as an educator must be present. If you would like to arrange an Educator to do an Empathy Belly presentation within these states, please contact us.
