West Virginia Legislative Update

West Virginia's state legislative session begins on January 12 and will continue until March 12. 

We are supporting several bills this session.  Click on the "view bill" link, and if you don't see your legislator listed as a co-sponsor, give them a call and ask them to sign on!

We are opposing legislation that will, if passed, negatively impact access to reproductive health and rights. In addition, we areclosing monitoring any legislation regarding the implementation of healthcare reform.  If any of these bills are scheduled for a vote, we will alert you through the Planned Parenthood Action Network.
