Planned Parenthood Health Systems believes that everyone is entitled to medically accurate, age appropriate information regarding sexuality and sexual health. Sex education includes information on safer sex, including correct condom use and contraception options, responsible decison making, communication skills and healthy realtionship skills.
PPHS strongly believes that sexuality education begins in the home - that a parent is a child's most important sexual health educator, we help parents increase communication and knowledge through our community education program "Are you an ASKable Parent?"
Through our teen peer education program, Teens Taking Action, we prepare teens with the life skills to make healthy informed decisions for their future.
