From Merritt Parkway North or South:

Take Exit 36 and then take Route 106 South. Follow signs for Route 106 South through Stamford. Turn right onto East Main Street. Pass McDonald's and Blimpie's. The health center is on the left.

I-95 from the South:

Take I-95 North to Exit 9. Turn left at the light at the end of the Exit. Take a left at the next light onto East Main Street. Go 4/10 of a mile. Pass McDonald's and Blimpie's. The health center is on the left.

I-95 from the North:

Take I-95 South to Exit 9. Turn right at the end of the Exit onto East Main Street. Go 3/10 of a mile. Pass McDonald's and Blimpie's. The health center is on the left.
