From 84 East:
Take Exit 44 (Prospect Avenue). Turn left at the end of the Exit onto Prospect Ave. Continue straight on Prospect Ave. and cross over Park Rd., Farmington Ave. and Asylum Ave. Turn right onto Albany Ave. Continue straight until you see the McDonald's on the right. The next drive way is the health center (1229 Albany Ave).
From 84 West:
Take Exit 50 (Main St. Hartford). Proceed up the hill past the Crown Plaza Hotel. Turn right onto Main St. Go straight (3 lights) until you get to a fork in the road. Bear to the left onto Albany Ave. Stay on Albany Ave. and cross over Garden St., Sigourney St., and Woodland St. Turn left into the health center driveway just before McDonald's.
From 91 North or South:
Take Exit 32 (Trumbull St.). Go straight. At the 3rd light take a right onto Main St. Go straight 3 lights. When you see a fork in the road bear left onto Albany Ave. Stay on Albany Ave. and cross over Garden St., Sigourney St. and Woodland St. Turn left into the health center driveway just before McDonald's.
