Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available during business hours.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• cash
• major credit/debit cards
• money orders

Payment is expected at time of service.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

Insurance Information

The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: Blue Cross Blue Shield; Aetna. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
