Walk-in Services
Emergency Contraception, Pregnancy Testing, Depo Injections, Birth Control.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available Birth control refill pick ups are available during all business hours.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies, emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy testing and counseling, STD testing, testing and treatment for urinary tract infections.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.
Specialty Services
Pills Now Pay Later® is available at this health center — a service that allows you to visit us for one appointment and walk out the door with up to a year’s supply of birth control and a convenient, low, monthly payment plan.
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Men's Health Care in St. Paul, MN
St. Paul Health Center - Vandalia offers the following men's health services:
- checkups when you have a reproductive/sexual health problem
- STD testing, diagnosis and treatment, including: chlamydia, genital warts, gonorrhea. herpes, HIV (testing and diagnosis only), syphilis, and trichomoniasis (trich)
Other STD testing, diagnosis and treatment services are also available. Please ask our staff for more information.
