Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Pregnancy testing, emergency contraception and birth control pick ups are available on a walk-in basis. Most other services require an appointment.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available During all hours that the center is open.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing, information and referrals.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Limited parking is available in the lot. Street parking is also available.
Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Medicaid accepted.
Wisconsin Medicaid Family Planning Waiver accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- birth certificate
- pay stub
- photo ID
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

Payment is expected at time of service.

STD Testing, Treatment & Vaccines in Green Bay, WI
Green Bay offers the following services related to the testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs):
- STD testing, diagnosis and treatment, including:
- bacterial vaginosis (BV)
- chlamydia
- genital warts
- gonorrhea
- herpes
- HIV (testing and diagnosis only)
- syphilis
- trichomoniasis (trich)
- Other STD testing, diagnosis and treatment services are also available. Please ask our staff for more information.
- STD prevention, including:
- condoms

Here’s what you need to know about STD testing and treatment at this health center:
Many STD tests require a genital exam.
Rapid HIV testing can be done with a blood sample taken from a finger stick. The results are available in 10-40 minutes.
Counseling and confidential (private) testing for STDs are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns.
