- Drivers' license or photo ID
- Insurance card if applicable
- If you don't have a photo ID with your current address, please bring something that does - like a utility bill or other correspondence showing current residence
Driver's license numbers and social security numbers will not be recorded and photo IDs will not be copied or scanned.

Walk-in Services
All services at this health center are available on a walk-in basis. Scheduled appointments are also available.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available during our business hours. We advise calling ahead to minimize your wait time.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.
Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Medicaid accepted.
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wellpath, Cigna, Medicaid, Tricare, and United Healthcare Insurance.
Payment is expected at time of service.
If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
At your visit, you can apply for the Medicaid Family Planning Waiver. This program, which is based on your income, can cover some of the cost of your family planning services. For more information on the program and qualifications, go here or ask when you call to make an appointment.
** Discounts are available for teens. Those under 18 receive 50% off all services and supplies, except for the HPV vaccine and abortion services.

The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: We currently accept TRICARE, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wellpath, Cigna, Medicaid, and United Healthcare. You can verify your coverage when making your appointment. If you are making an appointment for abortion services, we will pre-verify your coverage.

If required, you may have to schedule a Pap test or a breast exam before getting a hormonal birth control method.

Here’s what you need to know about getting emergency contraception (morning after pill) at this health center:
Emergency contraception is available over the counter for women and men 17 and older. If you can’t make it in to a Planned Parenthood health center, you may be able to get emergency contraception at a nearby pharmacy.
Women under age 17 can get prescription emergency contraception following a visit with a Planned Parenthood health care provider.

HIV Testing

Here’s what you need to know about HIV testing at this health center:
Rapid HIV testing can be done with a blood sample taken from a finger stick. The results are available in 20-40 minutes.
HIV testing is done by a blood draw. The results are available in 10-14 days.
HIV counseling referral services are available.
Counseling and anonymous (without your name) or confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns.
Results must be given in person.

HPV & Hepatitis Vaccines

Here’s what you need to know about vaccine services at this health center:
Women ages 19 - 26 who have no health insurance and meet financial criteria may qualify for the Merck Vaccine Patient Assistance Program to receive the HPV vaccine (Gardasil) at no charge.
Some vaccines are given in a series over the course of several months, which would require you to return to the health center to get the full benefit.

Here’s what you need to know about getting pregnancy testing and services at this health center:
Our pregnancy tests are urine tests. We will only draw blood for a pregnancy test if it’s medically needed or upon patient’s request.
If you choose to continue a pregnancy, we will provide you with a list of resources to help you obtain prenatal care.
** 50% discount available for pregnancy tests for those under 18.

Fayetteville Health Center offers the following women's health services:

- colposcopy
- mammogram referrals
- menopause and midlife — testing and treatment
- Pap test
- routine physicals for women age 12 and older
- urinary tract infections — testing and treatment
- vaginal infections — testing and treatment
- Other services we may provide include help with irregular periods or no periods, painful periods, painful sex, bleeding between periods, menstrual problems (premenstrual syndrome) or even a lost tampon.
Women's health services are available:

Here’s what you need to know in preparation for a women's health visit at this health center:
Do not douche, have sex, or put anything in your vagina 48 hours before your pelvic exam. It is best if you are not having your menstrual period for some types of visits. Contact us if you have questions.
Checkups for gynecological concerns may require a pelvic exam.
For the testing and treatment of urinary tract infections, we will need to collect a urine sample at the time of your visit.
For the testing and treatment of vaginal infections, a pelvic exam may be required.
Referrals for mammograms require a breast exam within the last 3 month(s).
A Pap test is sometimes needed during a routine checkup.
Cervical cancer screening requires a pelvic exam and Pap test.
