Walk-in Services
Emergency Contraception and Birth Control refills are walk-in services and available during all hours the health center is open.
All other services require an appointment.
We offer next-day scheduling at this location for appointments. Please call the day before you would like to come in to schedule an appointment for the following day.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
Wisconsin Medicaid program and Wisconsin Medicaid Family Planning Waiver Program accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

Payment is expected at time of service.
Payment plans are available for many services.
If you qualify for the State of WI Medicaid Family Planning Waiver Program you will need to bring in two recent pay stubs, a photo ID and a birth certificate if you were not born in the state of Wisconsin

If you qualify, you may be able to receive certain birth control services without a pelvic exam.
In order to obtain an IUD, we may first require an exam and a Pap test.
