Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Birth control refills, STI testing and treatment, HIV testing, Emergency Contraception, and pregnancy testing on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on certain Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on certain Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Payment Information
Fees for services are based on your household income.
Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- checks
- major credit/debit cards
- money orders
- We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard, but not American Express. We accept checks for all services except abortion.
Payment is expected at time of service.
You may qualify for a discount. Please inquire at check-in.
Insurance Information
The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, most networks. Please bring insurance card. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

Here’s what you need to know about abortion services at this health center:
Abortion Pill (Medication Abortion)
Abortion pill (medication abortion) is offered up to 9 weeks and 0 days after the start of your last menstrual period. If your last period was more than 9 weeks ago, read about our in-clinic abortion services below.
Abortion pill (medication abortion) services are available by appointment only.
Plan to be at the health center for 2-3 hour(s) for your entire abortion pill visit (medication abortion).
During the abortion pill (medication abortion) visit, you must agree — before you start — that you will have an in-clinic abortion if the abortion pill does not work.
After your abortion pill visit, you will need access to a telephone, transportation, and backup medical care available to you once you are home.
In-Clinic Abortion
In-clinic abortion is offered up to 14 weeks and 6 days after the start of your last menstrual period. If your last period was after 14 weeks and 6 days, we can still help. Call us for a referral list of health care providers in your area that offer other abortion services.
In-clinic abortions are available by appointment only.
Plan to be at the health center for 3-4 hours for your entire visit for an in-clinic abortion.
If you desire medication to help make your in-clinic abortion more comfortable, you must have a responsible companion with you to help you get home safely.
If you have asthma, bring an inhaler if you have one.
Other Abortion Services Information
Please do not bring children with you to the health center.
If you take any medications, please continue to take these medications normally before your appointment.
During your visit, you may be given the following:
- a pregnancy test
- a chance to speak with a trained staff person about all of your choices: abortion, adoption, and parenting
- a conversation with the health care provider about your health history
- lab tests/blood work
- a pelvic exam
- an ultrasound
- medications to make the abortion more comfortable
- medication if you are Rh negative
- antibiotics or other medications
- birth control information
- a birth control method
You should return in 2 weeks and 0 days for a follow-up exam. We can schedule this with you during your visit.

If you are a minor considering an abortion, please read about parental consent and notification laws that might apply in your state.

Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at 901.725.1717. If you are eligible for financial assistance, you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.
