English; and Spanish are spoken by staff. During scheduled appointments an interpretating service is available via telephone for many other languages including but not limited to Chinese, French, Japanese, and Korean (if you require the telephone interpreting service during your appointment, please request it when making your appointment);

Walk-in appointments are seen on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early to complete paperwork.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available During business hours
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- birth certificate
- pay stub
- photo ID
- proof of residence
Fees for services are based on your household income.
Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- checks
- major credit/debit cards
- money orders
- Personal Checks are not accepted for Abortion Services
Payment is expected at time of service.
Payment plans are available for many services.
If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
Family Planning (FPBP)
Clients with an income that is less than 200% of the federal poverty level may qualify for the state's funding program, the Family Planning Benefit Program (FPBP). Applications are available in our clinics and we will assist you in completing them. Eligible women may receive a birth control method plus routine annual exams and Pap tests. Men can receive condoms and birth control counseling. Both tubal ligation and vasectomy are also covered for those seeking permanent sterilization.
Private Insurance Payments
We accept almost all insurance plans and will typically bill your insurance company directly for services.
For Colposcopy and Abortion Services:
We require preauthorization from your insurance company to make sure the service is covered. Please discuss this with a staff member before your visit and be sure to bring your insurance card with you. Personal checks are not accepted for abortion services.
Donations are welcome at the time of your visit to help support our mission and continue the important work we do.
