Note: Please note, our Trenton (Unit 1) health center is open every other Saturday.

We are open the following Saturdays in 2014: 1/4, 1/18, 2/1, 2/15, 3/1, 3/15, 3/29, 4/12, 4/26, 5/10, 5/31, 6/14, 6/28, 7/12, 7/26, 8/9, 8/23, 9/13, 9/27, 10/11, 10/25, 11/8, 11/22, 12/13, and 12/27.

Our Trenton (Unit 1) health center will be closed for the mornings on the following days for staff training: 6/10, 9/9, and 12/12.

Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

Walk-in services are: pregnancy testing, sexually transmitted infection (STI/STD) testing and treatment (gonorrhea and chlamydia only), and rapid HIV testing. Depo-Provera ("The Shot") injections and prescription contraceptive (birth control) supply pick up is available on a walk in basis for current family planning clients.

Walk-in hours are:

  • Monday 11A - 5:30P
  • Tuesday 8:30A - 3P
  • Wednesday 11A - 5:30P
  • Thursday 8.30A - 3P
  • Saturday 9A - 11:30A
Condoms are available for sale during all business hours.

All other services require an appointment.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

  • pay stub
  • photo ID
  • proof of residence

Fees for services are based on your household income.

Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • cash
  • major credit/debit cards

Payment is expected at time of service.

Insurance Information

Please see the provided list of insurance plans to find out which ones include Planned Parenthood as an in-network provider.

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STI screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. You should contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you are interested in are covered, and what, if any, out-of-pocket costs you are required to pay.

Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your visit.
