Appointment Information

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Payment Information

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

  • pay stub
  • photo ID

Fees for services are based on your household income.

Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • major credit/debit cards
  • money orders

Payment is expected at time of service.

Insurance Information

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

Abortion Services

Reproductive Health Services of PPSLR offers the following services:

  • abortion pill (medication abortion)
  • in-clinic abortion
  • sedation options (medication to make the abortion more comfortable)
  • pre- and post-abortion patient education
  • post-abortion follow-up exams
  • referrals for abortion-related counseling
  • Birth control options for patients following procedures: Implanon, Ortho Evra, NuvaRing, FemCap, Mirena, ParaGard, and birth control shot and pills.

    Private and confidential options counseling is available by our licensed counseling staff.

Here’s what you need to know about abortion services at this health center:

Abortion Pill (Medication Abortion)

Abortion pill (medication abortion) is offered up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period. If your last period was more than 9 weeks ago, read about our in-clinic abortion services below.

Abortion pill (medication abortion) services are available by appointment only.

During the abortion pill (medication abortion) visit, you must agree — before you start — that you will have an in-clinic abortion if the abortion pill does not work.

In-Clinic Abortion

In-clinic abortion is offered up to 22 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period. If your last period was after 22 weeks, we can still help. Call us for a referral list of health care providers in your area that offer other abortion services.

In-clinic abortions are available by appointment only.

If you have asthma, bring an inhaler if you have one.

Emergency contraception (morning after pill) is available at this location:

  • during all business hours on a walk-in basis

Here’s what you need to know about getting emergency contraception (morning after pill) at this health center:

Emergency contraception is available over the counter for women and men 17 and older. If you can’t make it in to a Planned Parenthood health center, you may be able to get emergency contraception at a nearby pharmacy.

Women under age 17 can get prescription emergency contraception following a visit with a Planned Parenthood health care provider.

Bring a valid state ID when coming to purchase emergency contraception.

Prices and Payment Information

Price ranges for our emergency contraception (morning after pill) services are:

  • emergency contraception (morning after pill) - $30
  • office visit for emergency contraception - $10
