Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
This health center offers pregnancy testing, pregnancy options counseling, emergency contraception (both over-the-counter and by prescription), depo-provera injections with current prescription, birth control method options counseling (note: a scheduled visit with a clinician is necessary in order to obtain a prescription for birth control), express STD screening, and HIV testing on a walk-in basis during regular business hours.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.
Whenever possible, please arrive at the health center no later than one hour before close for all walk-in services. Walk-in patients are seen on a first come, first served basis.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available during regular business hours and online.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, BCNE (Birth Control No Exam), emergency contraception, birth control education and supplies, pregnancy testing and options counseling, depo-provera injections with current prescription, express STD screening, and HIV testing.
Specially trained staff and medical equipment are available for people with physical disabilities.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Specialty Services
Plan Now Pay Later® is available at this health center — a convenient, low, monthly payment plan for many of our health center services, including the ability to visit us for one appointment and walk out the door with up to a year’s supply of birth control.
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- photo ID
- Please be sure to bring your insurace card to your appointment.
Fees for services are based on your household income.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- checks
- major credit/debit cards
- money orders
- Please note that checks cannot exceed $200 and we do not accept starter checks. We also do not accept checks for Abortion services (including Medication Abortion), Colposcopy, Cryotherapy, LEEP services, IUD/Implant insertions and Vasectomy services. We accept all credit cards, except American Express.
Payment is expected at time of service.
If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
If you have health insurance, please provide your insurance information when making an appointment.
Insurance Information
Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

Here’s what you need to know about birth control at this health center:
If you qualify, you may be able to receive certain birth control services without a pelvic exam.
If required, you may have to schedule a Pap test or a breast exam before getting a hormonal birth control method.
In order to obtain an IUD, we may first require an exam and a Pap test.
We offer online birth control refill services for patients with a current prescription at our health center. Visit our online health center to find out more information.
Proper Attire™, Planned Parenthood’s exclusive line of condoms, is available at this health center.
