Walk-in Services
WALK IN SERVICES: Tuesday- Saturday for PREGNANCY TESTING, DEPO PROVERA SHOTS (PATIENTS ONLY), HIV TESTING (THURSDAY WALK IN)- APPOINTMENTS ARE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED FOR THESE VISITS ALL OTHER VISITS REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT TEEN CLINIC WALK-IN - THURSDAY 2:30-5:30
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.
Walk-in services may have to wait. Appointments are highly encouraged. Walk-in services are not available on Mondays. Please check the clinic hours and days for holiday or other closings.

Birth control refill pick ups are available ALL HOURS THE CLINIC IS OPEN~ DISCOUNTED BIRTH CONTROL IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THURSDAY
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
Other Health Center Information
Our health center has active protesters outside of the building. Please do not stop in the driveway or feel that you need to talk to the protesters. Protesters do not support Planned Parenthood or any of the services we provide. We also have volunteers, on many days, in yellow vests, that will be happy to escort you into the building. Thank you for your support.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- pay stub
- proof of residence
- FOR SLIDING SCALE FAMILY PLANNING QUALIFICATION PATIENTS MUST PROVIDE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: PAY STUB, W-2, AUTHORIZED LETTER FROM EMPLOYER, LETTER OF UNEMPLOYMENT-DISABILITY-CHILD SUPPORT-FOOD STAMP INCOME, OTHER DOCUMENTS AS APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT IF PATIENT CAN NOT PRODUCE THE ABOVE.
Fees for services are based on your household income.
Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

ALL BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD INTEGRAL MEDICAID, MEDIPASS. SOME MEDICAID REQUIRES APPROVAL. PATIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENTS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE AND FOR CHECKING IF THEIR INSURANCE COVERS THEIR VISIT. Abortion Services in Naples, FL
Naples Center offers the following services:
- abortion pill (medication abortion)
- in-clinic abortion
- sedation options (medication to make the abortion more comfortable)
- pre- and post-abortion patient education
- post-abortion follow-up exams
- referrals for other abortion services, as needed
Here’s what you need to know about abortion services at this health center:
Abortion Pill (Medication Abortion)
Abortion pill (medication abortion) is offered up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period. If your last period was more than 9 weeks ago, read about our in-clinic abortion services below.
Abortion pill (medication abortion) services are available by appointment only.
During the abortion pill (medication abortion) visit, you must agree — before you start — that you will have an in-clinic abortion if the abortion pill does not work.
After your abortion pill visit, you will need access to a telephone, transportation, and backup medical care available to you once you are home.
In-Clinic Abortion
In-clinic abortion is offered up to 13 weeks and 6 days after the start of your last menstrual period. If your last period was after 13 weeks and 6 days, we can still help. Call us for a referral list of health care providers in your area that offer other abortion services.
In-clinic abortions are available by appointment only.
Other Abortion Services Information
If you take any medications, please continue to take these medications normally before your appointment.
During your visit, you may be given the following:
- a pregnancy test
- a chance to speak with a trained staff person about all of your choices: abortion, adoption, and parenting
- a conversation with the health care provider about your health history
- lab tests/blood work
- a pelvic exam
- an ultrasound
- medications to make the abortion more comfortable
- medication if you are Rh negative
- antibiotics or other medications
- birth control information
- a birth control method
You should return in 2 weeks for a follow-up exam. We can schedule this with you during your visit.
For Patients Under 18
If you are a minor considering an abortion, please read about parental consent and notification laws that might apply in your state.
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.
Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at 239.262.0301. If you are eligible for financial assistance, you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.
